“Allowing yourself to feel bad is good for you… discuss” The Cut
One of my pet peeves is when there is a DENIAL of any type of tragedy. Of the after shock. There seems to be an urgency to ‘denial’, to get to instant happiness. People turn away because taking too long to get ‘happy’ is not cool.
But what they don”t know is there is joy in the ‘down-low’, in the silence, at the ‘full stop’. There is even gut wrenching laughter as the mind traverses through the good and the bad healing it’s self.
In the flicker of the candle light there is a type of cosiness, it isn’t always doom and gloom. In fact the best snd most productive times are by candlelight, when one is truly in touch with ones reality.
